Website wasn't very clear when logging in. Collecting the keys involving a 10 minute car journey was a nuisance. We purchased parking for 2 days. No information on where to park in RWY and received ticket for not displaying permit (which I didn't receive) I have appealed.

Interesting renovated historic property in iconic waterfront location

Lovely property on the water.

Picking up key from different location at allocated time then had to wait half an hour for the girl to get back. Got booked for parking while taking luggage upstairs. No breakfast restaurants within cooee open before 9.

Great location, very nice apartment

Great to see the old warehouse finding a new use. I visited the location last year on a ferry tour around the harbour and liked the area so much that decided to find a rental for this years visit.

Peaceful, comfortable and historically very interesting.

Loved the location, views and simplicity of the apartment. Lovely walks around the historic area. The stay, in what could be a busy area, was surprisingly restful and very enjoyable. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and clean.

Picking up & dropping off the key at a different location was not the best. A key safe with code at property location would have been easier.

Exceptional

Such a beautiful place, and the pureservice staff were wonderful. Ellie went above and beyond to make our stay perfect by delivering a fan for our bedroom as very hot summer weekend. The view are amazeing, and lovely and quiet. Plenty of places to eat around the yard and bus stops just by main entrance. Have booked a second stay.

It would be good if the shower was a little more powerful. It was difficult finding your office to collect the keys and a 'pain' to find a place to park at the time we arrived- mid afternoon. Easier to return the keys when we knew where you were.

No outside parking have to park a good distance away but there spaces are no good for having a baby we couldn’t open the doors on the car to get my baby and the seat out so i parked at the end where there was some more space and i ended up getting - a £25 parking ticket as my tyre was a little over the end line baring in mind it wasn't going into another space , when i spoke to the parking attendant the next day he said there was another car park that have more room , i could tell he felt guilt as he could see that in the spaces provided there wasn’t enough room to get my little girl in and out of the car without hitting someone’s car with my door he asked have i not been shown by the company where there is additional spaces which i hasn’t but tbh where he showed me was an old shed that was covered in bird poo broken glass and had no cctv at all , and i was from ideal when you spent £1000 you expect a space close to your apartment designated to yourself and not to be getting parking tickets not to mention having to park somewhere where there’s zero cctv , you share the spaces with people using the place who are not residents and are using the bars , There are no windows in the apartment at all , no air conditioning which for a apartment of this class and the money it cost is surprising , again having no windows isn’t ideal we had to open the big doors to get some cool air in as it gets really hot , biggest disappointment was the lack of customer service when i picked the keys the young girl didn’t even look like she wanted to be there and when i asked her questions about parking and had to ring to check if i was at the correct door for the property as the key didn’t work she was rude and uninterested , i spoke to another land lord whilst i was there and he explained how they meet all their guests at the newhouse and greet them show them around where they can park and any tips on avoiding parking tickets as they can be really strict “ as i found out the hard...

The apartment was very modern, lovely and clean, kitchen had everything you would need and the view and location was out of this world.

The only thing which was just alittle problem uou could not park outside the apartment, but we found a nice spot just opposite which we managed to secure every day.

the position was fantastic , quality of the apartment was overall excellent and facilities were all we needed .plenty of choice of restaurants nearby

we found it tricky working out where to park at first and it was a fair way to carry bags .in the apartment we would have preferred only a shower rather than a shower over a bath which feel are dated and somewhat dangerous without a handrail especially for older people .the door to the laundry was difficult to open as it was sticking on the floor plus there should be more storage in there plus a dryer

Disappointing

The apartment itself was very good; clean, modern and with lovely views

Very unimpressed with Pureserviced. The property key needs to be picked up from another location between 3pm and 8pm, something we were aware of, and we left plenty of contingency to arrive in time (travelling from London). Our eta was 6pm when we left. Unfortunately, due to a major incident on the A303 the road was closed, and we were diverted. This added hours to our journey. We rang Pureserviced at around 5pm to warn them and ask about options for late arrivals. The answer was there were none. Their attitude was totally unhelpful, and we were told if we arrived after 8pm we’d need to find other accommodation. This is just not good enough. Their response of "the booking confirmation clearly states the key must be picked up between 3pm and 8pm" does not allow for the reality of travel that people can get genuinely delayed due to no fault of their own. A quick look at Google maps would have shown that this was a genuine problem. This is not a difficult problem to fix. For example, they could have installed some key safes at their offices or offered that someone could have met us later (it would have been fine if this had incurred a late arrival fee to pay for that person’s time). Most other travel operators have contingency measures in place, but Pureserviced had nothing and worse still was their ‘not our problem’ attitude. We finally arrived at 8:20pm. We only avoided having to find and pay for a hotel because a local restaurant manager was kind enough to send one of their staff to pick it up for us. This was very good of them but ridiculous that we had the stress of trying to arrange this whilst also coping with traffic chaos. I really hope Pureserviced will take these comments on board, and improve this aspect of their service, and not just double down on the "that's what the booking confirmation says" line.

Perfect place to stay if you want a few days getaway in Southwest England

Perfect location, in a refurbished area at the Royal William's Yard in Plymouth. Easy access to the property, with Free parking close by. All comfort in the apartment (except dishwasher). TV has several streaming services included.

Shops are not in absolute close proximity; Cooking hood is difficult to get it working; Only luxaflex in bedroom, no real curtains.
