Lovely place with lots of nice touches and street parking.

Very clean room small kitchen with a fridge (a must for every hotel or apartment) and a kettle.

The 8 flights of stairs, 74 of them if you are young and fit no problem but for an old man like me a bit of a nightmare.

The property is spacious and super clean.

The bed was not comfortable at all. The lack of parking in the area during our stay was a nightmare. Usually there is a free big parking space, however there was a special event and we literally turned around in circles for an hour and a half with no luck. I had to park and remove it at 6 am the next day.

new&clean room with private kitchen&bathroom but very noisy and no hot water

newly renovated, clean room, secured appartment, free parking possible nearby, friendly staff that she waited for my late arrival due to the delayed exit from the cruise, private kitchen which was a suprise and bonus

everything went on perfectly till the hot water disappeared after i satrted my shower ~2 minutes, i had to wash my hair and did the shower with cold water; it's extremely noisy during the night especially the weekend nights, the party noise from outsiide faded till 1 am

Terrible

Its apartment in the 5th floor of a residential building with no elevator. The stairs are very steep and smells rotten. Frankly I couldn't sleep there. I had to book another hotel and gave up my money.

The owner was very friendly and helpful and the bathroom shower was excellent. View was beautiful and comfortable beds.

The long climb up the stairs but the owner was accomodating and was willing to help us with the luggage. Also the increase in city tax however as the owner had said this was not in his control.

Clean, decent facilities and good location to stay at

Liked the location, it felt like a good location to stay at and to get to places from especially with the train station being a few minutes walk away. Very good communication from staff. Cleanliness in the property was good and use of fridge/freezer and microwave was also useful.

The information online didn’t make it super clear that not all units would be able to use a stove so it would be helpful to know exactly which units can use the the stove. However we made do with the microwave which everyone can use.

Our host was great! Helped us in all the way, waited for us in front of the house-which is although in the suburb, but really close to the trainstation, which can easily and quickly catch the historical inner town-, gave a map and showed how to get into the city, what to watch, where to buy and so on. The flat itself is clean, cosy, well-ecquiped. In the hall there is a common place where you can serve yourself with a great coffee machine to drink an espresso, or a tasty italian beer.

as you open the door from the extra bedroom you walk straight out to the communal kitchen area and people can see in the room to the extra bedroom. plus we could hear the people in the room next to us when we were trying to sleep and we had an early start. so didn’t sleep much.

Free parking + train station across street make this great choice

The beds were comfortable, the Wifi worked well, the Wifi password hung on the wall of the bedroom, the bathroom was clean. There is a common eating area in this B&B where you can eat your breakfast (with your own food, there is no breakfast provided). There is a large fridge for storing your own food and drinks, and unlimited free coffee and tea in common eating area with coffee machine. There is plenty of free parking in the neighborhood. Across the street is a large free parking lot, but we parked on the street. The train station, called Genov Pra , is right across the street. It takes 25 minutes with the regional train to center of Genua, 1,60 euros one way. The convenience of the train station was a real benefit. If you are traveling by car, there is no need to stay in the center of Genoa, you can stay here. Combined with the free parking -- perfect. Near the accommodation is a pedestrian zone with all kinds of stores for your daily needs, including a supermarket. There are also some restaurants in the area. Be aware that this accommodation is located on the top floor of the building, on the 4th floor, with no elevator, so avoid carrying too much heavy luggage. In summary, a very pleasant stay, Irena was a lovely hostess

Great location

We loved the room and the location, we arrived quite late off the ferry from Barcelona, the owner recommended a great local restaurant, best pizza I've ever had. We will stay again.

We liked everything, but some people might not like that you have to walk up a lot of stairs. It doesn't look great from the outside, but is amazing upstairs .

The rooms were very spacious, clean and nicely furnished. There is a large public parking lot in front of the house, where you can park for free. In front of the house is also a train stop and a bus stop, so you can use the train or bus to explore the city. There are several shopping options and restaurants around the house. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Updated space with great customer service

Our host met us early and let us check in early because we had a trip planned for the day. She was very nice and accommodating and even persisted I let her help carry my bags up the stairs. She also called the taxi company for us to get a 4 am ride to the airport. I had problems booking one myself and she did it late on a Saturday night. What fantastic service! The room was modern and updated. It had a small kitchen and nice shower. The view was nice from the window. Also had a common area for coffee, water, and snacks. For the price and service from the host, highly recommended!!

The noise of other guests. The bedrooms come off of a communal area, so the light and noise came into our room. Other guests were using the area and being noisy until almost midnight which was very disruptive when we were trying to sleep.

Very nice, large and cheap room with a friendly host. It is located directly at station with a large (and free) parking place. By train you need about 20 minutes to Genova. Thus, it is good location when you arrive to Genova by car.
