The living room and outdoor terrace are spacious, bright and very functional.
The living room is 60m2. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The front terrace of 24m2 is south-west facing and has comfortable outdoor furniture.
At the back of the house, a small garden allows to eat outside barbecue grills!
The front terrace is suspended and overlooks on one side the forest and on the other side the roofs of the neighbouring houses whose living spaces are located opposite.
Possibility to park your car in front of the garage (not available for rent). 7mns by bike from the center of Cap Ferret. 5 mns from the American beach on the Arcachon basin.
