Overall, a good stay. Some points of improve (see previous comments) would make it great!

Neat, well lit with natural light. Good space/room to move. Good location. Great assistance from management to return an item that was left behind. Thank you!!

- Bed linen was not a duvet cover, but two flat sheets folded around the duvet inner. This was not comfortable for sleeping. - We had several large cockroaches in the unit during our stay. - No onsite parking is fine, if there is sufficient secure parking on the street. This was not the case, and a source of stress for us for the whole stay. - The property owners had a party at their property on the weekend. We had to walk past the open side gate where their guests were. We did not appreciate a party on our front steps. Neither was it pleasant to use our own bathroom that backed onto the owner's entertainment area. - Glass door onto the deck only had one working security bolt - Several window latches not working/broken

We are dealing with 2 corporations, you n them .

Location

No staff available, they only chat on e mails no action for request of maintenance. No respect of privacy by sending gardeners to mow lawn early morning without prior notice. Given misled address , our rental is only an extension of a house not the main house itself, yet they use the house number to advertise, in fact its an annex . Its false advertising!

Great lil cosy home close to Western Springs

This was close to Western Springs for our annual concert so location was key. Was very cosy and felt very much like home. Lovely outdoor area to relax and have dinner with a glass of wine, a bbq would have been a great addition. My sister thought the queen bed in the room was very comfortable, although it 'squeeked' when trying to get comfortable. Overall with a few minor touch ups this place would be really amazing. I would definitely return if a few small things were fixed.

Only a few minor things to note, place was mostly clean other than cobwebs on the corners of the ceilings and dust under the crockery cabinet which we could all see when we sat down to watch tv. The fold out couch will need replacing soon as it is very flimsy and not functional. Would have been nice to have dishwashing liquid and scruber so we could have cleaned our dishes. Some pegs to hang our washing out would have been good.

Very clean, private and well equipped

The parking was a little Inconvenient as had to move vehicle for evening due to bus lanes. Also would of been nice to know there where stairs and an incline to get to house as had things to carry.

The place was nice and clean, had all amenities, was warm and has air con too

Booked this one bedroom place which had a fold out couch in the lounge so booked for 4 adults, was not told or nor was it mentioned that the fold out couch was only suited to small kids, was uncomfortable and hard (no mattress only the cushions from the couch) I would not recommend this place if there are more than 2 adults in your group

Great house with all facilities needed and in a good location

The house was very nice and comfortable. It was very easy to get to and very handy to the city and a lot of other attractions. Grey Lynn is a very good area to stay and was within walking distance of all we wanted to do

Dealing with the company who are managing the property. I believe that they mean well but their procedures need working on.
