All as described, plenty of space and all you need cuttlery, glasses, pots, plates, towels. Nice gesture from the owner to leave a bottle of water, cookies, tea/coffee.
Note that the entrance to the apartment is staight from the street. So as soon as you open the door people walking can see the inside of the apartment something to consider when you are with small kids. Also it can be quite loads at night. As you can hear cars easily. Bedding had some weird stains and hair.

the location but we already knew why we were booking it. its not close to the old town which is a must visit at lyon
