About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this lovely flat for rent, situated in a new-build residential complex, ideally located in the Jean Jaurès neighbourhood. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped, it will be the perfect base for a stay for three! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a magnificent terrace with unobstructed views. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
Situated on the 6th floor (accessible by lift), this lovely flat comprises the following:
- An entrance hall leading to a bathroom with shower and toilet,
- A living room with a comfortable sofa, a television, an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy dining area that can seat up to 3 people.
Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), a large fitted wardrobe, ideal for 2 people.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190), perfect for one person.
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet.
Outside:
- You’ll have the chance to enjoy a large 18m² south-west-facing terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a large table for convivial meals.
The Vill'arborea is situated in the predominantly administrative district of Gerland, and more specifically in the Jean Jaurès area, close to transport links, shops and restaurants.
Transport:
If you’re coming by car, the Jean Jaurès car park is a 7-minute walk away; it’s free but limited to 100 spaces. Alternatively, you can find free parking spaces around the flat.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- The metro is a 2-minute walk from the flat.
- Part-Dieu station is on the same line, just 4 stops away; you’ll be one metro stop away from Jean Macé and the T2 tram, which takes you straight to Perrache station, and four stops from Place Bellecour.
Vill'Arborea is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Lyon and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be met on site by a member of our team, who will show you round the flat, explain how everything works and hand over the keys.

Down stairs bathroom sink drain plug stuck causing inconvenience, but we didn’t ask for maintenance because it didn’t fit our schedule. We shared the upstairs sink the last 2 days. Couldn’t figure out how to shorten dishwasher cycle so had to leave it running when we checked out. Minor issues in a place we enjoyed for our second stay in this apartment in 2 years because we love the outdoor space.

VILL'ARBOREA Very clean apartment with a great and spacious deck. Well located and easy access to the subway. The agency is very responsive and very proactive with the communication. We had a great experience with our stay in Lyon.

VILL'ARBOREA What a lovely stay in a beautiful city. They were very responsive when coordinating arrival times. The condo is a 2 minute walk to the metro and the grocery store. Easy access to everything. The outdoor space is large and a lovely place to sit in the morning and evenings.
