Very nice and close to the Vatican, clean also. The owner is very responsive and helpful.
He also help us with transfer from the airport and return.
We will come back for sure.

The house was very nice and clean. I loved the decor, the sign, the bikes; they were good photo opts. The location was decent, we walked to the Vatican. There were stores close enough as well.
The house was very cold. Heat comes on from 6-9am and 3-10pm. We were not instructed about the additional units and remotes until after I asked for more heat. It was unbearable cold at night when sleeping. I did not initially know how to use the remote, someone stopped by day 3 of our stay. She helped turn on the units. Half the units didnt turn on she said she would return the next day to replace batteries but never did. The owner texted me at 10pm the last night of our stay to tell me ppl complained about noise. Which was obsurded due to the fact that the neighbors were extremely loud at all times of the day, assuming the wall are clearly thin. You can hear ppl full conversations with a regular volume through the walls and door while in the hallway. He can text about noise but wasnt helpful about freezing us in the house. Then he told me I was lying about how cold it was and sent me a pic of the thermostates. That actually creeped me out, as if you are monitoring inside the house perhaps even with cameras. He told me they are Italian and dont use heat higher than the temp he had it set on and that we needed to be more conscious and save the planet. I had to tell him to stop texting me because the conversation started to be judgemental and combative. He was condescending by saying" what did you think the remotes were for" as If I should have automatically knew there was a slid down piece to function a remote I have never used or seen before.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir die Nähe zur Vatikanstadt, was unsere Erkundungen sehr erleichtert hat. Auch die Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber war äußerst praktisch. Außerdem fanden wir die empfohlenen Restaurants in der Umgebung wirklich hervorragend und gut erreichbar.
Was uns weniger gut gefallen hat, betrifft lediglich die Bettdecken – diese könnten unserer Meinung nach erneuert werden. Abgesehen davon ist uns jedoch nichts Negatives an der Wohnung aufgefallen, und wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.
