The apartments (each apartment measures 80 m2) have a view of St. Peter's Basilica, are located in the center of Rome and just 100 meters from the Vatican. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room with kitchen, balcony, lift, heating, Free WIFI internet, satellite TV, air conditioning, washing machine, sheets, towels, blankets, kettle, iron, ironing board, cot and high chair. The apartments are located on the 4th and 5th floors and are equipped with a lift.
PERFECTLY CONNECTED FROM AND TO THE PORT OF CIVITAVECCHIA FOR CRUISES IN THE MEDITERRANEAN: THERE IS THE SAN PIETRO STATION NEAR THE APARTMENT THAT CONNECTS THE CITY OF ROME WITH THE PORT.
All the main tourist attractions (St. Peter's, Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Campo de' Fiori, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona etc.) are easily reachable on foot or by public transport. The location is ideal for those arriving in Rome by car, as it is located in a private road where it is possible to park easily and for free. The area is served by many shops, bars, supermarkets, internet cafes, banks, restaurants and pizzerias. Final cleaning, linen, towels, wi-fi internet, gas, electricity, water and heating are included in the price.
The tourist tax isn't included in the price.
The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per night.
The children until 10 years old don't pay tax.
The payment of the tourist tax is CASH when you arrive at the apartment.

We had a great time in Rome while staying in this very spacious and conveniently located apartment close to the Vatican. The owner was very helpful and made sure that we had a very enjoyable stay. When we arrived he helped settle us in and kindly explained the features of the apartment, so we felt very comfortable there from the first day. We would highly recommend this apartment and his owner.
