Wow! What a fantastic place to stay! 10/10!

The property was situated exactly where we wanted to be, 40 mins to Gibraltar airport, 12 minutes to the port for food and the beach and the beautiful pool was the cherry on the cake. It was so clean and tidy, a real home from home. We had everything and more there and made use of the facilities.

The villa was spacious but disappointed about the lack of transparency regarding location

The villa was modern and spacious with a big kitchen and nice furniture.

Location was awful due to a very steep hill. The port was at minimum 25 minutes to walk (minimum). The overall reviews of this villa were disappointing as there is no mention or pictures of a very steep hill which you physically can not carry any shopping up. There were no recommendations for a car and odd reviews stating location was amazing but actually it was not. The pictures shown of the balcony conveniently missed a huge area of derelict land with broken tiles and overgrown weeds directly under the villa which really spoilt the view - as it wasnt attached i have shown a real pic from the "luxury" garden . There was also real bad sewage smell which came from the bathrooms together with a constant barking of dogs from all neighbouring properties. The owners were also very rude re the independent review we have left here -(requesting we set rating of 9 or 10)...anyway would never stay here nor recommend this property to anyone - stay away!

Villa Rosa

Love the pool, location and the villa. The TV could be a little bigger. Love all the household items that were left for us. House was super and I highly recommend it.

Fabulous home for base to holiday from or simply relax around.

Spacious and well presented, there was a cosy atmosphere and the home is clearly well cared for. The kitchen allows for a wide range of catering as it's so well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and have a good amount of storage for longer stays. The log fire gave a comfortable atmosphere and WiFi was very good.

Master bedroom ensuite had a very funky acrid smell - almost like a sewer problem. We closed the door and used the main bathroom during the stay. We did have a small issue with the oven cleanliness but nothing a spray and wipe didn't resolve for our needs.

Great vacation and very relaxing.

Lovely Villa with stunning views over the Mediterranean in a quiet location. Accommodation was great and very comfortable with almost every need catered for. Pool was right on our doorstep and well maintained. The host Daphne was excellent, very helpful and responded quickly to any of our queries.

Although the pool was well maintained there were hundreds of mosaic tiles loose and missing and there was no shade from the sun. The villa had a few maintenance issues also and the showers in both bathrooms were poor. These could be easily rectified with new shower heads and adjust able holders. There was also no barbeque for our use despite being advertised as a feature.

villa au calme

la vue était magnifique,se lever avec vue sur la mer était incroyable,linge de lit et de toilette de qualité, équipements de la cuisine suffisants et coin assez calme, très belle terrasse également.

les salles de bains étaient bien, mais la robinetterie a changer, pas assez de crochets pour pendre les vêtements et manque d'aération dans la salle de douche, quand a la piscine, un peu trop éloignée a notre goût ( trop d escaliers, et la rue a traverser).
