2 bedrooms have king beds, 2 bedrooms have queen beds, 1 bedroom w/a trundle bed (2 twins). Large carpeted basement w/a pool table & mini-gym.
Mountain views from this 4000 plus square foot single level modern home. The house features new furniture, modern artwork. The fully appointed kitchen opens to family, living, and dining rooms, a spacious open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Sleek, clean lines, professional flair characterize the design for an interior both modern and comfortable. A perfect home for family gatherings, entertaining, and special events.
The private backyard includes a large pool/Jacuzzi, lighted fountain, fire pit, and an outdoor shower. The patio includes a new modern seating area, chaise lounges with umbrellas next to the pool and a table/chairs in the outdoor kitchen area, which includes a full built-in natural gas BBQ and a mini refrigerator.
The two master suites each have newly renovated bathrooms with luxury rain shower style fixtures. There is a sauna in the master bdrm. Three of the bedrooms have a T.V. w/ROKU. The fully finished basement has a full size pool table & can be used as a game room or a quiet place to relax. In addition, the basement has a mini-gym with weight equipment, treadmill and exercise bicycle.
Long term renters (29 days or more) are financially responsible for all utilities. A $500 utility deposit is required at time of signing.

We enjoyed our family Christmas get together at this home. The back yard is extremely nice, boasting a pool, hot tub, a gas fire pit, and a water feature that doubles as a screen for the hot shower behind. There’s also an outdoor grill area and TV (move on that later). In all, the back is landscaped nicely, and very comfortable. The common spaces inside are generously roomy. And the furniture is in good shape and laid out well for a group of our size. The kitchen is well appointed and lacks for nothing--except of all things, a hand mixer. The range is electric, not gas, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The double oven/microwave with convection is a great—and unexpected—upgraded feature.Communication with Kevin, an owner, was timely and informative. He is a seasoned short-term landlord and, while it’s a clearly a business, he still provides an appreciated personal touch. The city requires that a separate agreement be signed between the property owners and renters, which includes, among other things, some stringent noise prohibitions with draconian penalties. I’d encourage the hosts to provide this agreement to the renters immediately after the booking is approved rather than wait until the cancelation window has passed. No harm, no foul for us. But I think it’s just a good practice to put all the details of the rental in front of the renters as soon as possible. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay and would happily rent there again!

The home comes as advertised. Great location, clean, quiet, and fully stocked with essentials. Hosts were accommodating on many different levels. The home’s 6 year old fridge stopped working. This was unexpected and no fault of the owners. A new fridge arrived a few days later. The owner graciously offered a partial refund for the inconvenience and food lost. Very kind gesture. Our group of 8 would return to this home again. The back yard/ pool area is fantastic. We spent many hours in the pool/ hot tub. Great place!

The house is in a great neighborhood and has a lot of space. The backyard and pool are full sun and comfortable for lounging.
The place was not super clean when we arrived and some pots and pans needed to be washed before use. We should have interpreted the “fully remodeled in 2010” literally, as there are some things that feel dated (not mid-mod vintage): windows with broken cranks, kitchen cabinets that are not well designed, carpets that showed wear and tear. It felt used hard, which does not fit the description “luxurious.”
The bedroom layout is ideal (lots of separation), but there was no place to store food in the kitchen except the fridge. Probably fine for short stays and those who don't cook, but we had to repurpose a shoe rack from a bedroom to store bread, chips, snacks, cereal, canned goods and pasta, etc. not a major problem, but again, not luxurious.
The other issue for us is that we had a lot of construction noise. The property is huge and borders 7-8 other properties. We had the misfortune to be there while a house across the fence was fully deconstructed, concrete saws and jackhammers for weeks. Hopefully that will end when the new house is built, but I would check on that.
