The City also requires guests to supply a government-issued ID (driver`s license, ID card, passport...) after the confirmation of the reservation and prior to the arrival.
- Delivery of packages before check-in/arrival is not permitted. The host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.
- We care about respecting the local rules and being outstanding members of the community, so music and/or loud noises are not allowed at any time. We have a noise detector located in the living room and one in the patio to only measure decibels and detect higher than normal levels of noise so you can avoid any disagreement with neighbors and/or the city hall.
- Pets weighing between 0 to 20 lbs are subject to a fee of $75, while those between 20 to 40 lbs have a fee of $100. Service animals are always welcome free of charge.
