About this house rental

Modern design house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house is in excellent shape with new furniture and beds in all the rooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The backyard has a heated pool and Jacuzzi with a multi color light display in the water. The best part of this house is the barbecue grill which has been recently built with a full sink, gas grill, refrigerator, and trash bin all in the convenience of the backyard. Great home to have an amazing BBQ with your family and friends and enjoy the water in the desert heat. The patio area which contains the fully equipped grill also has a built in fire pit with seating for cold nights.

The entire outside of the property was abundant fun! Beautiful pool, hot tub, lights in the evening, ping pong, firepit and enormous cooking kitchen. We used all of it IMMEDIATELY! Plenty of space so that no one got in anyone's way. Nearby to grocery store and went on a great hike only minutes away.

Karo is a great host. Responsive, communicative, and gave us all the info we needed to have an enjoyable weekend. House was clean and comfortable, and exactly as described. Be mindful of the noise regulations, but they weren’t an issue for our group.

This property is very nice and clean. The only problem was the beds underneath the double beds had no room to open up in the small bedroom and you can't use the futon in the room with the king bed, its not comfortable to sleep on but the rest of it was great.

Everything we needed and more for ourselves, four grown children, and three grandchildren plus we brought our dog. The home was very warm and inviting! Beds and furniture were comfortable and we felt at home instantly! The kitchen had everything we needed for a perfect Thanksgiving week! Our grandchildren played in the front yard everyday and the salt water pool and spa were perfect! We highly recommend this home for your Palm Springs vacation!

The home was perfect for our group. Very clean and spacious. Great backyard environment. Open spaces for large group to interact and enjoy each other’s company. Home was located close to stores and a quick Uber ride to restaurants and bars. Host was extremely accommodating and helpful. Very friendly. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice vacation spot.

Place is actually bigger than the pictures would seem! Perfect for a group setting and really close to the downtown area (Uber is just like 5 mins away from the night life). Karo is a fabulous host with great communication. Check-in is a breeze, check-out even easier. Would totally recommend for anyone wishing to stay in Palm Springs.

Karo is an excellent host! Very responsive and polite. The house was very clean, except some of the bedsheets were stained. We ran out of trash bags too. Two of the rooms did not have working power outlets, which was inconvenient. However, the backyard is amazing! We ate by the outdoor kitchen for several meals. It was too windy at night to use the ping pong table. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the floaties provided in the garage. The adults really enjoyed the air conditioning. Everyone tease use of the pool table (the tips of the sticks need to be replaced). Thank you for a fun weekend!

Had a great weekend celebrating at this wonderful house. The Pool area is lovely, well shaded after 4:30. I took full advantage of the outdoor kitchen. I will note that several of the ‘high occupancy’ rooms are Very crowded with the trundles pulled out, walk to wall people. Technically you can fit a bunch of people, but ~14 is the maximum if you’d like your adult guests to be comfortable

We had a great time, and the house was clean and well-furnished. Check-out instructions were simple and easy to follow. One surprise we ran into was that in the two bedrooms with four beds, the two twin beds are roll-out trundle beds, with mattresses that are much more flimsy/uncomfortable than the larger beds.

This house was perfect for our large group. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and it did not feel crowded. Backyard is a dream. We went in January so didn't get to enjoy the pool but definitely got plenty of use out of the hot tub! Karo was very responsive when something came up. I'd stay again.

Probably the cleanest house rental I've stayed at. The backyard is nice, has a lime tree, and gets shade in the afternoon, which is a luxury in Palm Springs. Well-stocked kitchen with spices and cooking equipment.

The pictures were accurate and the property was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were there for Coachella with a party of 18 adults. The house was generally clean given its size and there was plenty of space for all of us. The only downside was that the paint of the bottom of the pool started to peel, which made it appear dirty and it took forever to heat. The only recommendation I have for the owner is: If the pool could have heating turned on prior to it being night time without having to ask each day, would be great...since it gets really cold at night. Otherwise, the property was a pleasant stay. 5 stars....definitely recommend. Thank you!

We have a huge family and have been on a lot of vacations- this is by far the best place that we have ever stayed. Fantastic find! This house sleeps 18 people all in beds! The beds are so comfortable and the house is an oasis! The neighborhood is super safe and the house has everything you need! The outdoor grill/cooking area is incredible and massive! The pool was warm and yet refreshing. The hot tub is awesome! We played so many family games and spent hours laughing! There are trails to skate or bike on, pickleball courts close by, great restaurants, and awesome shopping so close as well. The drive to the airport is 10 minutes during rush hour. You can’t go wrong with this place! The owner is quick to respond when you have questions! Nothing went wrong for us so we only had to ask how to turn on the hot tub, which is as simple as pushing a si glue button near the tub. Several of us had to spend a little bit of time working every day and the internet worked great with em several of us on at the same time! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We will be back!!

Our stay in this house was great because of the location and all the amenities the house offered to my friends and I for my bachelorette weekend!! My review would be 5 stars across the board but we had issues getting things working and there wasn’t a guide or manual in the house so I had to message the property owner a bunch of times about a bunch of things. The owner ended up having to control the pool lights and heater himself, but we still had a great time in the backyard! There were also only 9 shower towels and a basket of pool towels, so with 16 girls it wasn’t enough for all of us to use the pool and take showers so that was unfortunate. The beds and couches were super comfortable and the bathrooms were perfect for getting ready!! Overall I would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful property for a large group. Perfect amount of space and places for sleeping. Awesome back yard and pool area. The pool had some issues and the owner responded right away. Then sent a pool guy the same day. Highly recommend this property.

Great host but over all Not a pleasant experience to deal with police when neighbors complain about noise from a large group. Enjoyed the stay overall except being told multiple times to keep it quite or else police will be called. The laundry and trash is not sufficient for large party. This place is meant for a much smaller group!!

House looked great to the eye. There were a few things that should have been addressed before the rental. Pool room futon was broken so a piece of wood was placed behind it to hold it in the up position. Looked pretty until you had to use it. The garbage disposal was on the fritz, which made it slow draining. Dishwasher worked great. The room across from the hall toilet room was comfortable but could not get the bedside lamps to work. I also tried plugging in my charger and it would not work. It did charge in the kitchen. I also could not turn the television on. Possibly the batteries in the remote should have been replaced. The washer and dryer worked very well. Kitchen appliances worked well. Looked great. Loved the pool and jacuzzi were great. The jacuzzi remote was hard to read so we just used every button.. The foam in the jacuzzi was a little too much. It didn’t look clean, but when you turned it off it returned to clear. The BBQ was extremely well done. Pool was great. Beds were comfortable. Futons were not comfortable. Interior and exterior design was very appealing. Loved the colors. Kitchen was very nice. All in all had a great time.
