Great view, the inside was nice, but the balcony was unusable due to an unkept balcony.

The location was great. The View of the bay provided us with animal life to watch such as bald eagles, cranes, and seals.

The one reason we booked the place was to enjoy the balcony that they advertised. The balcony was a mess with birds nest and pigeon dumplings everywhere. You couldn't walk out into the deck. Spiderwebs every where as well. We never got to use the balcony. When I called about it, they offered to come and clean it the next day. Which we allowed since we would be gone most of the day. The person was too busy, understandable, to come out that day. They asked for the next day. I said no because we were planing our rest day that day didn't want to be interrupted. I asked for a discount and so far all they offered was for me to fill out and some so they can be better prepared for their next guest.

We had fun, couldn't beat the location, but won't stay there again unless it is improved.

Location was great. Kitchen and appliances were pretty new.

All beds were lumpy and very uncomfortable. Bathroom fans didn't work, bathroom faucet leaked. Couldn't close screen door, track was caked with crud, screen torn from frame, so flies would get it. No where to hang wet bathing suits (from being at the beach), as the little deck railing was full of pigeon poop. No washer or dryer. Had to ask for additional towels, was only 1 per person (there was 7 of us). Toaster was broken, requested a new one, never got one. Pots and pans were awful, only one decent frying pan, handles were falling off the other ones. Water in hallway bathroom didn't get very hot, but in the master bath it was fine. Several other things that needed attention, we will contact management company, so at least the owner will be aware.

Very good

Perfect location. Nice parking. A lot of space for 5 or 6 people.

Kitchen facilities and utensils could be better. We didn't have enough spoons for 5 people. Many bowls and cups were chipped. No basic stuff like salt, oil or sugar. No tea kettle. Many pans were without lids. We cooked our breakfasts and dinners and it was not easy.

It was ok.

The location to the Beach is Great.

The deck was unusable because it had been taken over by Pigeons that were virtually living on the deck. There was a massive amount of feces on the deck and on the sliding door. Therefore we were unable to use the deck or enjoy the view which was one of main reasons for renting the unit as my wife's condition does not permit her to walk down to the beach!

Superb

Great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Beautiful bay view that ever changes with the tides and easy, short, walk to the ocean front beach.

Third floor is great once you get there but the climb up the stairs is challenging with arm loads of supplies and luggage. Stairs to the loft are steep! No wash clothes in the bathrooms, loft beds kind of hard.
