The location. House, price, quiet. Easy access to beach . Close to town
Couldn't see address covered with brush. Carpet on stairs loose. Master bed frame need fixed. Better lighting on deck. No slip strip and hand rails. You need to make a better potty area for dogs. No place to walk them at night.

Superb
The house is big and we like the privacy the house has, our family really enjoyed our stay in Lincoln City.
There was a few things we didn’t like of our stay. 1. The kitchen knifes didn’t cut. 2. The kitchen pots and pans didn’t have lids. 3. We tried to vacuum the carpet and the vacuum didn’t work. 4. Never found an iron. 5. Master bed every turn we did the bed made a lot of noise that was pretty annoying. 6. We were able to watch a movie on the DVD, but the regular TV we could not.
