Found this home searching for a place to have my entire family stay with their kids and spouses. Place was awesome! Three floors of living space felt much larger and the view of the ocean is spectacular. Home was very clean and inviting. Tom went above and beyond to help accommodate our infant granddaughter with a portable crib and high chair. Instructions and recommendations were truly on point. Would rent this place again! Thanks for the great accommodations!

Our family and visiting friends LOVED this home with its gorgeous views, comfortable, spacious rooms, happy, beachy décor, and abundant lighting. Highly recommend! We are tall people – this is a rare find that is roomy enough and gives so many spaces for multiple generations to visit, rest, read, play games, or watch movies, all at the same time. We hope to stay here again. We wanted to be able to see the ocean, sunsets, and beautiful coastal area from multiple rooms. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, and yet close to multiple beach access areas for folks with differing levels of mobility. Our toddler granddaughter loved digging the beach sand, pouring water (over and over!) and yet have a short walk back to the car. She could also play safely at home outside on the fully enclosed 2nd floor deck with one or two adults nearby and others conversing in the living room, dining, and kitchen areas. Perfect for low-key fresh-air play! The 3rd floor master suite was what we jokingly called “a religious experience.” We wallowed in the huge king bed with an excellent mattress, multiple sitting areas and furnishings, en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub roomy enough for two and spacious storage, a walk-in closet, a work area for computing or remote work, and wonderful outdoor deck for watching sunsets. The host supplies high quality paper products, linens, and towels. On the same floor is a separate sitting area and reading room chock-full of books and games. It was a great space that closed off to facilitate video conferencing. We love to cook, so the well-supplied, roomy kitchen was a delight for multiple people! There were lots of serving dishes and platters, kids’ dishes, electric appliances, and more than 12 place-settings and utensils. We didn’t have to do dishes all the time. We had a number of visitors stop by in small groups over the 2-week period, so it helped to have lots of dishes, glassware, and 4 bathrooms. Each of the other 2 bedrooms were comfortable, airy, and filled with fun, beach-themed art, and decorations. The ground floor bedroom was perfect for our adult son, with a large adjoining sitting room and futon that was wonderfully comfortable for our grandchild’s nap and sleep-times. Tom is a wonderful, meticulous, client-focused host! He lives nearby and quickly responded to questions both before and during our stay.

Our family of nine thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home, and hope to return someday! The design is really smart, with three levels (each of which has a large viewing deck), a large living/dining/kitchen area, and one bedroom on each of the levels. In addition, there's a sitting room at the back of the top floor that's stocked with a variety of books, puzzles, and games. There was plenty of room to spread out for quieter activities. The house was well stocked and very clean. The location of the house is also excellent. As other reviews have stated, the ocean views are amazing, and the location is convenient - with food trucks, the Otis Cafe, Mo's, an IGA market, and more within walking distance. The Taft beach is a few blocks away. The host, Tom, was very welcoming, helpful, informative, and attentive. It's obvious that he's put a great deal of thought into making this house a place where visitors can relax, enjoy, and make wonderful memories. He's thought of everything! There was one minor plumbing incident early in our stay, and he came over quickly to take care of it. I highly recommend this house (and hope to return again . . . and again . . .)!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tom’s place. The house was quite spacious, each deck had a gorgeous view (when not cloudy :) ), and the fireplaces were a great touch. Central location and easy to access. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful, well furnished, newer home. Plenty of room for multiple family members to have their own space, but plenty of room to eat and gather together as well. Easily walkable beach access (3 blocks plus a tall stairway down to the beach). Kids loved the many children's books and games. Host was welcoming and communicative.

Love this house. Lots of room for your friends or family to be together or separate. 3 levels, all with their own access to a deck for relaxing & watching the ocean in hopes of seeing a whale or 2. This time there were seals frolicking in the water. The kitchen is large & well equipped. All rooms are nicely decorated. 3 bedrooms, but also lots of other areas that can be used for sleeping (futons, fold out couch, etc.). Books & games are available & streaming apps (Netflix, Prime, etc.) are easy to access on all of the TVs. Tom is a great host. He is attentive, checking to make sure all is well, but not intrusive. He is always available to help if needed. By far one of my favorite places in Lincoln City / Taft.

We stayed here for a wonderful 4 days in Lincoln City Oregon. The house was absolutely beautiful and so inviting. i loved the beachy theme. The ocean views were so stunning and we enjoyed every bit of it on that nice big deck. We definitely will stay here again we felt right at home. Tom was so wonderful at letting us know where all the fun places to go and best places to eat were. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

This was our second time staying in this beautiful home. 3 stories, 3 huge decks, lovely views & well equipped. Furnishings are comfortable, kitchen had everything you need for home cooking, close to shopping, restaurants & other entertainment. Close to beach access. House was clean, beds a bit firm, but comfy. 3 bedroom, but many sitting areas & rooms for additional family members or friends if needed. Tom was a great home host, making sure we were happy & checking to see if we needed anything. Overall a great vacation and we will be back!

This house was great for our annual family getaway. The kitchen and family area was perfect for cooking, eating, playing games, hanging out and relaxing all together. The ocean views were spectacular! It was great to have 3 levels allowing our adult children, spouses and their families to have their own space to spread out. Having 4 full bathrooms was a great plus! The house is located in a great area and close to most anything you would like to visit. This is definitely a home away from home I would recommend. It's hard to know where to begin, we knew from the pictures that this place is special and it was all verified when we got there, greeted by a lovely rose and sunflower bouquet on the dining room table. The home is lovely, up-to-date, and spacious. We had seven adults spread throughout the house and everyone had their own space. We cooked all our meals in the large, open kitchen--according to the two grill masters with us, the grill on the second floor deck is all you could want for your grilling needs. We spent a lot of time sitting around the comfortable dining room table, talking and visiting--and enjoying the fabulous view of the ocean from the windows. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach at the house and they even provide ear plugs for those who don't care to let the sound of the waves lull them to sleep. The ocean is within walking distance, though there is a hill you have to navigate on the way back, but totally manageable. We would go back to the house in a minute and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

We gathered at this beautiful home to celebrate a family members 86th birthday. The 6 of us had plenty of space to enjoy our time. Not only were the views spectacular, but the house was so well appointed we were able to cook and have everything we needed. Tom was wonderful to work with. We plan to stay here again!

Our 2nd trip to this beautiful home. Again, we found it clean and stocked with all the cooking items, dishes and towels. We love the view and large windows. Having a home with 4 bathrooms is a real plus. We love the large dining table, perfect for meals and games. We also enjoyed the two fireplaces. You get it by now, we'll be back again!

We have rented different beach houses for over 20 years and this was definitely in the top 3.The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need (even rolling pins to a phone charging station) Plenty of room to spread out for a large family.Very beautiful.

This home is a wonderful place for families. We had 3 generations there & the owners thought of all ages when supplying the game room, beach items, etc. Loved the spacious feel and 3 separate levels to spread out in plus the well stocked kitchen & bathrooms. The view from the decks is spectacular! One suggestion would be to add a mattress topper to the master bedroom bed. Overall this was a very special time for everyone!
