The apartment was perfect, with two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, kitchen and balcony. I shared it with friends. There is laundry, that I used for my washings.
It will be good practice if the towels and bedsheets to be changed every 3-4 days, at least the towels. I stayed 8 days without any change.
