Location is amazing for sunsets, general views of the marina, and being able to scoot around in the buggy provided was a crucial factor!
Having a bedroom and bathroom each was a game changer for our group of x4 friends
Clearly the property had been built perhaps 20 years ago, and very little required maintenance has been carried out over the years.
It should’ve felt like a luxury property, but unfortunately the interior let it down.
Air conditioning filters missing, bedside lamp cable exposed and flickering, sports tape keeping carpet from unravelling?
The property looks like the photos presented, sure, just with a lot less shine.

The house was amazing with the best views of the Marina and close to shops
The pool wasn’t heated as it was supposed to be, broken blinds on windows in most of the rooms, missing wire balustrade on balcony. Just needs a bit of TLC

location close to shops n cafes.
run down and poorly maintained. furniture missing, broken or mouldy. holes in wall and ceiling. leaks after rain. poorly stocked without cleaning equipment. a lovely house left to ruin
