Panorama Apartments on Hamilton Island by HIHA

Great location, spectacular views and a short buggy trip to town. Cockatoos and wallaby wildlife a plenty. Property managers are great and wifi was decent.

Not too much of an issue, but the thin walls between apartments and squeaky stairs

This was an expensive holiday stay but there were certain key things missing. Firstly the pillows on all of the beds were huge and uncomfortable. In the master bathroom there was no ledge or anything to put soap. The lights on the outdoor deck were gone and so you could not sit out there in the summer with any light - you could not cook out there with no light.

The view was amazing.

Very dusty. Lots of plastic plants inside full of dust. The couches were very dusty. The kitchen was hard to cook in. Terrible frypan that needed throwing out. No spatula. Not one sharp knife. Mugs stained and chipped. Nothing to clean the bbq with. Dirty bins. No charging cord for handheld vacuum. Slippery and greasy floors in both showers. Rusty old uncomfortable chairs on balcony. And one seatbelt not working in the buggy.
