Check in desk had adequate signage.
We were given the wrong buggy by the porters and the beds in the second bedroom should have been twin beds not a double. But both were fixed by that evening 6pm. Just a note the fridge in Poiniciana 203 was leaking over a few days underneath. Decor is a bit dated but adequate. Having a bbq available was great!

Location was great and close to everything. The on-site lagoon pool waa great. Amazing view from the balcony. Buggy was a great inclusion.
For what we paid for the week, the apartment was dirty and the amenities were very outdated. We made it work for us for a week, but we're disappointed.
