Nice setup and very spacious everything needed was on the property which was great

Cockroaches running around open vent windows need to be closed properly just get better windows that can be closed fully Transfers need better organisation

Location is fine, have stayed in Poinician Loodge on several occasions. Buggy was well maintained and operated well.

On arrival it appeared that one of the wardrobe doors has been pried off its hinges and the available chairs were pushed up against the affected to prevent it falling. The door was significantly heavly and ongoing concerning it may suddent fall over. It emerged the previous tenant was the perpetrator and it was previously repaired. No maintaince staff to repair the doors appeared for the rest of our stay. On 8th day of our stay, the units washing machine was leaking copious amounts of water running out of the front door of the unit into the street.- yes repair staff appeared twice but were unable to remediate. There were problems with the smaller bathroom's ventilation fan created a lot of humidity.

Beautiful space. Fans great, clean, breezy, great view. Love the rubbish removal super efficient. Beds were amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a massive drop off outside of the deck that the pictures don’t convey that is super not safe for kids. Also the plug didn’t fit the bath which was super sad. The couch keeps coming apart also.

Location was good and buggy

Smelly food left in fridge, site manager notified, he asked me to place in bin, why should I have to place in Bin then clean containers, very poor situations, AC units in both smaller bedrooms didn't work.
