About this apartment rental
This spacious three bedroom apartment is spread over two levels. It offers spectacular views of the Whitsundays, a large covered deck, and a private carport.
Views.
The apartment faces east and offers both bushland and water views.
Private carport.
There are just 12 steps down into this property from your private carport, where you can park your buggy.
Outdoor space.
The covered outdoor area faces east and offers some spectacular views.
Kitchen.
The fully-equipped and modern kitchen makes self catering a breeze.
Rooms.
There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom is situated on the entry level and opens out onto its own covered deck. The master features a walk-in robe and a main bathroom with bathtub and shower. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, both with air-conditioning, ceiling fans and built-in mirrored robes. A large shower room serves these two bedrooms.
Location.
The apartment is on the Marina side of the island and is just a short walk to all the restaurants and cafes on Front Street.
Pool.
Guests have access to the Heliconia Grove complex's shared pool.
Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.
Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent at Pool Terrace and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants may be subject to change.
Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment
Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
