This two bedroom property enjoys a fantastic location behind the Hamilton Island Marina. With no guests above or below you, it offers a very private and tranquil retreat while offering beautiful views across to Dent Island.

This lovely home boasts views across to Dent Island, home of the Hamilton Island Golf Course.
Family-friendly.
Flowing over a single level, this is an ideal option for families. There are also only two steps up into the property at the front door.
Outdoor space.
Sit on your private covered balcony and cook up a BBQ while watching the sunset.

This kitchen embodies simplicity and functionality while offering the essentials to make self catering a breeze.
Rooms.
There are two bedrooms - both of which feature carpet, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and mirrored robes.

The apartment is on the Marina side of the island and is just a short walk to all the restaurants and cafes on Front Street.

The open-plan, air-conditioned living area includes a flatscreen TV, complimentary Austar, a DVD player, corner lounge and a dining table for four people.
Pool.
Guests have access to the Heliconia Grove complex's shared pool.
Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.
Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent at Pool Terrace and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants may be subject to change.
Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment
Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
