More spacious than expected, everything we needed was there. As a non driver it was really easy to get to via public transport.

Great facilities, especially if you had young children. Close to bus stop to take you into Edinburgh. Our onsite caravan was clean with everything we needed but would benefit from a little maintenance.

One bedroom far too small for two singles nowhere to put bags. Couldn't even walk between the singles - puld be better off with small double in there.
Divan in main bedroom could be a bedstead for extra storage.

But these are all niggles- overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely return.

The only good thing about the property was the location and the easiness to get to Edinburgh and Glasgow.
We didn’t book this caravan from Haven (we should have). We drove 9hrs as my daughter wanted to stay for her birthday. We arrived about 11.30pm to get to the caravan - firstly the code we were given did not work. We tried several times, we saw some staff from Haven who tried to help us as well, they went to get security to see if they could help. Security arrived to take our details for them to inform us that we were not on the system and they had no record of us staying - livid was not the word. I called a lady Chrissy (number from the email) obviously woke her up to say one we couldn’t get in and 2 Haven security had no info on us so we where technically not allowed on site. Chrissy told me she hadn’t put our details through and she was doing it at midnight, she then put it through with her details and not mine, which is what security needed! We then found out that the lock box was on 2 doors, but due to it being so dark we could not see the one we needed to get the key out, thank goodness for the 2 lovely guys from Haven, they made sure we got in safety and not only that they even checked that the hot water etc was on, it wasn’t so they turned it on so we had hot water.
Even though the caravan had its own parking we had constant issues with people parking in the space, one person was verbally abusive, again thank goodness for Haven security they went above and beyond to help. The caravan was clean, but it’s tiny you would struggle fitting 6 people in it. It was freezing so we had to have the heating on 24/7. We had no apology for the terrible check in experience, but we did have a blunt email from a Craig about how we had to be out no later the 10! I won’t mention the curtains in the lounge where all different lengths, hanging off the rail, the sofa seating area was just a mess as in the cushions just didn’t sit properly. The table is too high for the built in seating so not great for someone like myself who’s only 5ft.
