Disappointing

Location of caravan was good

Really dirty and needs a refurb. Dusty everywhere, broken blinds and curtains ripped or missing completely. Broken toilet seat that was dangerous as snapped off on one side so could only use main bathroom. Shower screen doesn't close fully and bathroom dirty. Stains on mattress protector. Buttons to seating had come off and were just placed back on top. Locks to bathroom wither didn't work or got stuck. No clasp to front door so swung back on you. Very tired and would not stay again

Great facilities, especially if you had young children. Close to bus stop to take you into Edinburgh. Our onsite caravan was clean with everything we needed but would benefit from a little maintenance.

Great stay for family

We liked... Location of van with sea view The site itself -plenty of walks on beach/woods/golf course trails/lake Good size bathroom/shower Hot water Cooking/cleaning/clothing facilities/equipment/materials

We didn't like... Dining table too high for bench seating Broken items such as curtain/blind/hook to hold door back One bedroom far too small for two singles nowhere to put bags. Couldn't even walk between the singles - puld be better off with small double in there. Divan in main bedroom could be a bedstead for extra storage. Additional hooks throughout Lack of clothes hangers But these are all niggles- overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely return.

Pleased except for bedroom problem

Location was very good

We felt that the main bedroom was extremely cramped plus the steel connectors at the sides were were dangerous. My wife’s leg was scratched by one. We placed pillows across them to protect us.

Lovely stay

Nice big caravan, two loos and a lovely hot shower. Everywhere was clean and tidy and good location for going into Edinburgh. I would recommend this property.

Poor wifi signal and Netflix buffered a lot. Pretty minor complaint but after a long day in Edinburgh we were hoping to chill out in front of the box with the grandkids.

Dog friendly sea view stay

Location was great, sea views and dog friendly, parking outside the caravan and free Wi-Fi

I understand it being dog friendly things can become a little grubby but curtains all ripped, no net curtains for a little privacy why the caravan is where is it. The sofa needs to be cleaned as is was stained. The table and chairs made the overall appearance look a bit of a mess, even painting them would make it look so much better.

great location and was clean.

some of the door handles did not work an we were often locked out or in some of the rooms. we had to leave the doors open permanently. we also reported we had no gas at 7:30 am and didn’t get gas back on until 3pm

Caravan was spacious, clean and comfortable.

I don't think I had Wifi that bad since the mid-2000s. Additionally you have to pay for holiday park passes. They only have four day-passes which is a bit inconvenient if you are staying only a night or two.

The grandkids had a good time and if we had been able to self cater it would have been perfect.

the cooker oven and grill would not light. the knobs on the cooker turned without turning the gas on. it made it very difficult to self cater. There was also a lack of kitchen basics. no sharpe vegetable knife. if the van had been full to capacity there was not enough cutlery.

dirty should not be letting this out . they said they were deep cleaning it but no way they did there were people in it days later . you should not be advertising this on your site I sent you photos of the dirt in this caravan 😡couches filthy beasts moving under them 🤮

Seton sands 89 caravan Experience and surroundings

We full family enjoyed a lot the stay in the caravan. The caravan was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The caravans area was very nice and the security staff very organised. All the entertainment was excellent and all the peoples very kind. Overall excellent experience.

As we have cooked the food in the caravan, my advice is to keep more kitchen stuffs like cooking pans, good knives, ecc.
