The size of apartment, AC in the main living room (despite it's a single AC unit it was enough to cover the whole flat). All kitchen tools/hardware were in place and working.
We never had problems with water (cold/hot). There are two showers and additional wanter source in the garden to clean sand from feet.
We parked our family mini-van right next to our apartment for no additional cost.
Location is fantastic - literally 2 mins from beach and entrance to the beach. Also, multiple restraints (seasonal, working only during summer). Also, close to Noto city and Siracusa.

L'hote a été très disponible et courtois. Il nous a pris en charge de maniere excellente. La maison est confortable et agréables pour des vacances d'été.
