Clean.

In the middle of cooking a meal the gas stopped working. It was a bottle of gas for cooking and there was no replacement. We phoned the host who eventually came and replaced the bottle some time afterwards, however, our meal was ruined. The owner replacing the bottle thought it was OK to turn all the gases on as though I could just continue cooking, wrong, the food was ruined! He also picked up the food and said it's OK. I said its not OK turn it off, to which he seemed surprised, I asked hime again to turn them off and get out as I was very upset by his reaction. When he left we got in-appropriate text messages from them telling me I wasnt normal. All in all a bad experience because of this.
