La posizione è ottima. C'è la possibilità di parcheggiare in una strada privata adiacente all'abitazione e la spiaggia è appena in fondo a quella stradina.
Avevamo richiesto una culla, che effettivamente c'era, ma senza materasso e senza lenzuola. Ci sono state fornite delle lenzuola su richiesta ma il materasso non era disponibile. La casa non è purtroppo provvista di seggiolone, quindi è stato molto scomodo dare da mangiare al bambino. La cucina non era provvista di presine e le stoviglie erano piuttosto essenziali. Il condizionatore della camera da letto non rinfrescava.
