About this villa rental
"Ciumara Houses" are two apartments in a villa located in a charming hill surrounded by lemon, orange and olive groves.
The villa is located between Avola, the capital of the Almond and Nero d'Avola 3 km away, the municipality to which it belongs, and Noto famous for its Baroque 5 km away. They have a splendid view of the typical Sicilian gardens ... and in the distance you can admire an inviting blue sea.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden, where olive trees frame and each individual apartment has its own private green area with veranda, and a shared green area with a playground for the little ones.
In each private area you can relax, sunbathe, read a good book ... organize barbecues, have lunch and dinner!
There is the possibility of parking the cars in the wide avenue of the villa.
The Ciumara East house is divided into two floors, and features:
- On the ground floor: a large kitchen, a very spacious living area and a complete bathroom.
- On the first floor: two air-conditioned bedrooms
(one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with double bed plus a single bed)
The house is equipped with everything: kitchen utensils, clothesline, washing machine, iron and ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer, TV, garden furniture, barbecue, kitchen linen, bed and bathroom.
The house can accommodate up to 5 people; we can also accommodate your little "4-legged friends".

We had a lovely stay in Avola. The garden is beautifull, just like the view. The house was very clean, perfect white sheets and towels. And above all the host was so kind, he brought us fruit, croissants and prosecco, very kind! The only thing you need to know, which we did not know by reading the details of the house, is that the kitchen is in a separate space (therefor if you need something from the fridge (at night or when the wearher is bad) you need to unlock two doors and pass the terras. For us this wasn’t a problem. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Nicely situated apartment, in a beautiful landscape full of lemon trees. Very short drive to Noto and Avola, and the amazing beaches Lido di Noto and Fontane Bianche. Massimo, the host, is super friendly and welcoming! Thanks again for the beautiful vacation!

Wir waren 4 Tage mit unseren Kindern hier und haben drn Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Massimo ist spitze. Sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und immer zur Stelle, wenn man ihn braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist schnell am Meer, schnell in Noto. Und auch die anderen Städte sind nicht weit. Und dennoch ist es sehr ruhig hier.

Abbiamo passato una settimana fantastica in questa casa di campagna carinissima, con un giardino splendido, adatto ai bambini e immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità. La casa è corredata di tutto il necessario e anche di più (come l'olio di produzione propria) e i proprietari sono molto ospitali, ci hanno accompagnato fuori due sere per vedere posti davvero speciali!!! Molto socievoli e attenti alle necessità degli ospiti. Queste persone e questo luogo sono entrati nel nostro cuore! Una vacanza davvero stupenda e superconsigliata. Tra l'altro la posizione della casa è ottimale perché consente di raggiungere bellissime spiagge e luoghi di notevole interesse storico artistico. Davvero super!!!
