GROUND FLOOR: kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom, veranda with outdoor shower, garden, private parking space;
FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
The house is organized and offers comfortable well-divided spaces, bright and fresh interior decorated with taste and functionality.
EQUIPMENT: Refrigerator, Freezer, 1 Electric oven, TV, Barbecue, External shower, Cot (on request), Bed linen and towels included.
The house is located near the main attractions of the place. On the beach of fine golden sand, there are bathing establishments equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, bars and equipment for the sea (bicycles, skates, etc..) becoming the holiday destination of tourists. Several bars, restaurants with seafood specialties and pizza along the avenue to the beach.
The house is 5 km from the town of Noto, the capital of Sicilian baroque; its streets are interspersed by beautiful squares and imposing stairways that connected the terraces and slopes. Numerous monuments, churches, palaces to visit in the predominantly baroque style. Possibility of excursions and private transfer service to reach the structure.

Villa pratique pour famille. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible si problème. Plage en 10 mn à pieds. Un super sable fin et surtout on a pied très long.Du 9au 20 septembre 2019 , 5 adultes, toujours mangé en extérieur, cuisine pratique.
je recommande cette villa très bien entretenue. Nous avons apprécié la super clim dans toute les chambres

Bella casa, completa di tutto, vicinissima al mare. Padrone di casa gentile e premuroso. Siano stati con 3 bambini senza alcun problema. Il lido di Noto non ha molto, per mangiare bisogna obbligatoriamente muoversi però posti carini e belle spiagge sono a pochi passi. Da consigliare.

Bella vacanza. La casa e molto bella con tutti confort. E nuovissima e ogni stanza ha il suo climatizzatore. E davvero vicina al mare. I signori proprietari sono davvero squsiti. Discreti ma disponibili esimi. E stato bello soggiornare qui. Lo consiglio vivamente.per quanto detto sopra e per il mare fantastico e per la zona circostante. Che e la culla della storia Siciliana con tutti i suoi bellissimi monumenti. Davvero u a bella vacanza .
