In the area of 'Piano Alto' in the historical center of Noto, UNESCO world heritage site, this house is located on the first floor, in a renovated building dating back to 1880; it is overlooking the picturesque skyline of the beautiful town Baroque, on the dome of the Cathedral, the roofs of houses and monuments and on the wonderful sea of the Gulf of Noto, you can sighting the island of Portopalo and the tip of Capo Passero.
The home offers comfort and style: spacious rooms and bathrooms, antique furniture, air conditioning and heating in the bedrooms, satellite TV, furnished balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful view while enjoying a good cup of coffee or relaxing with a glass of Sicilian wine.
The home can accommodate two different families, each with their own privacy, because it has a common entrance will extend two apartments, each about 70 sq. m., Each with living room with sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, ideal for four people can comfortably accommodate seven.
A few meters away, down a stone staircase, you reach the main street of the beautiful baroque town of Noto, called the Garden of Stone by art historian Cesare Brandi, the heart of the city, with restaurants, pastry shops, the famous Caffè Sicilia, bars and shops. Very frequented in high season, fascinating in other periods.
Staying in the house will also give you the opportunity to visit the beautiful south-east of Sicily, its immense cultural and natural treasures and its beautiful beach.

Spacious, clean, no frills property, a few blocks from the pedestrian area. Host was easy to communicate with in advance of the trip - we booked both sides. While the apartment does have AC, please note that it is only in the bedrooms - the kitchens/living areas remain very warm. Amazing view from the apartment - and possible to find street parking nearby. We lost water for 12 hours - which was unfortunate.

We felt right at home in this spacious, well-equipped space. The views were lovely and we enjoyed getting our exercise walking up and down the roads of this stunning village! Thank you as well for the restaurant suggestions and for your availability.

We really enjoy our Noto visit and and felt that this apartment was perfect for a couple. It was nice to have a living area separate from the bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. And the location was excellent. Noto was charming. Be aware that there are two flights of steps to reach the apartment.
