361A Commercial St Unit 2 Provincetown is a centrally located, second floor luxury condominium with ocean view, deck, and beach access available for weekend, weekly, and longer term rentals during peak, shoulder, and off season (peak season is rented Saturday to Saturday but 32-day stays are tax-free and are less expensive than 28-day stays when booked). You are steps away from the pier if you arrive by ferry and minutes walk to Provincetown restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, and the beach. The unit has a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, free washer/dryer, living room that seats 4, bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with rainfall shower and body jets, and bonus room with full-sized high-end sleeper sofa futon and sliding barn doors for privacy, not to mention a 60" TV. This condo is perfect for singles or a couple, with space for an overnight guest. We are located near three pay-per-use public parking lots which are free in the off season and can be used with a City parking pass during peak season. No smoking and no pets please. I absolutely loved this condo centrally located on Commercial Street near Pepe’s. Justin was fabulous and proactive! I also think that the condo is much nicer than the pictures represent. I really enjoyed my two week stay and will come back!

Ideally located in the center of town and close to the ferry, we walked almost everywhere. The beach is only a few steps away. The unit is light, bright, spacious and has a nice view of the harbor. The kitchen is well laid out and equipped. The in unit laundry was a nice bonus. The bedroom is small but the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

We did not get to meet Justin but he answered all texts and emails in a timely manner and when we arrived a couple hours later than anticipated he even called to make sure we weren't having any problems. The condo was very clean and well stocked with cookware, utensils, linens and even paper products. The condo is layed out nicely and is very comfortable. Being on commercial street put us within walking distance of almost everything. We walked to all the local shops and local beach and rented bikes to ride the trails through the sand dunes. We would definitely recommend Justin's condo and are seriously considering going back next year. Thanks again Justin !!!
