About this villa rental
In a protected wooded area, enjoy our house of 185 m2 to fifteen minutes by bike from the Old Port and the old town of La Rochelle.
Our house has been renovated in 2018 and will offer you all the space and comfort needed for a successful poolside holiday.
The environment is very calm, flowery and sported.
Its privileged location will allow you to enjoy the sea, the islands of Charente-Maritime but also its countryside and its green Venice.

an open space combining living room, living room and kitchen on more than 75 m2;
a parental suite (bed 180X200) and its privative bathroom;
laundry.
- upstairs :
three bedrooms with pull-out beds (80X200 or 160X200);
a game room;
a large mezzanine open to the living room offering privileged readings and entertainment;
a bathroom.
Outside :
a protected swimming pool of 10X5m;
a stone terrace;
a garden of 500m2;
a corner plancha.

Five minutes walk from the Rompsay canal for jogging, walking, fishing or canoeing ...

Beautiful house with a spacious garden and private pool. Fully equipped for a family holiday with high quality equipment. Bikes available and La Rochelle just a bike ride away. Close to the beautiful Ile de Re.Great communication from the owner before and during our stay.I would highly recommend this house for a stay!

Splendid house fully equipped for a family staying close to La Rochelle. Plenty of space in the house and the different bedrooms. Modern decorated, cool house with beautiful swimming pool. Only 10 minutes with bike from center of La Rochelle. We were very well welcomed by Sophie who took care of all possible questions. You stay in a quit environment still close enough to highway and supermarkets. A special thankyou to the warm morning welcome from the neighbours cat ‘chausette” who is definitely the most friendly cat in the world. As an extra for the Fench reading persons: don’t bring a book as the house contains hundreds of books to read at the pool or in the garden. Many thanks to Stephanie and Sophie!!

We would highly recommend this property. A stunning home with fabulous outdoor space and pool in a great location with lovely touches such as access to bikes. We hope to return! A holiday to remember.
