About this house rental
We are renting our family home with swimming pool this summer.
It is ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the parks, 5 minutes walk from the city center and 10 minutes walk from the competition beach.
Parking space available.
The house is ideally located to access both the city center of La Rochelle and to access the island of Ré 12 minutes away by car.
Spacious house of 230m², comprising:
On the first floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room
On the 1st floor: 1 master bedroom (bed 160) with bathroom, 1 bedroom (bed 140), 1 bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed), 1 bathroom
On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), 1 bedroom (1 bed 90) 1 bathroom
The 6x3m swimming pool is heated and secured by a roller shutter. The garden is 250m².
We provide you with billiards, table tennis, swings, barbecue, board games so that you can make the most of your holiday.
The end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Bed linen provided.
With respect for all, the house is strictly non-smoking and night-time nuisances after 10pm are prohibited.

The house is a great size and the pool & garden are fantastic. Much of the house is nicely done out but some areas are in need of a refresh. Overall though, the house was well equipped and has a nice homely feel.
The water pressure is poor so the showers aren't very good unfortunately.
The location is close (15 mins) with limited public transport options. We did find the road busy during the day, but not too bad at night.
Overall a pleasant stay in La Rochelle, which is wonderful, and we would go back and stay again.
