La localisation avec la proximité du centre du village, du bassin et de l océan. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et possède une belle terrasse.

La presqu'île.
Appartement vétuste, dans son " jus" Mini kitchenette où on ne peut pas cuisiner.( pour ne pas dire déplorable). L' écart entre les pseudo faveurs accordées ( derniers locataires de la saison , on a le droit de ne pas rendre la nappe comme neuve) et la réalité où nous avons ressenti une fausse amabilité de la propriétaire, cherchant une pseudo" faille" lors de la remise des clés alors que les équipements (entre autres électroménagers) sont dans un état passable. Kitchenette veut dire petite cuisine , mais en aucun cas petite cuisine sans matériel propre, sans matériel en bon état ( poêles dont le revêtement intérieur a été partiellement ôté ), sans équipement non aux normes ( bouilloire par exemple).
