The location of the house is simply great! It's a less than 10 minutes walk to the beach at the Atlantic and the garden at the house is great for relaxing on the sun chairs. All in all it works well for a family holiday.

The house is old. There is a narrow turnstile staircase leading up to the first floor. You can't carry a large suitcase upstairs. One of the three bedrooms is a walk-through room to get to the third bedroom. All this is not a problem; one should only be aware of it before booking. What however is a problem is the state of cleanliness and maintenance of the house. The dishwasher didn't clean properly, we had to dismantle and clean the sprayers as their water outlets were all clogged with food particles - it was simply disgusting. The cutlery is at the verge of breaking or actually broken, the shower doors jam and can only be moved with difficulties, the shower cabins certainly need a proper cleaning job, the beds' mattresses feel as though they are beyond their lifespan... All things which can easily be fixed - which makes it even more annoying.
