Wouldn’t stay here again. Maybe another one

Location was perfect

Electric and towels NOT included (NOT mentioned on booking.com listing). And a LOT of electricity was used in not a lot of time £3 in less than 48 hours when I’d barely used anything. Property definitely not worth price paid

the location was spot on, gate from car park and literally steps away from the beautiful beach, easy to find, host great and friendly, had everything that was required for 3 night break, comfy beds, shower nice and warm.

musty smell in main bedroom and having to pay electric on top of booking, not sure if this is just in the current climate or alway. we didn’t use heating so was cheap for the 3 nights

unfortunately the property appears to have a damp problem it smells throughout and the wardrobes in the double bedroom smelt particularly bad so I didn’t want to put my clothes in there for the week

7 Penhale a huge disappointment

Location couldn't be better with quick access onto the beach.

I did not like having to pay extra so that you could profit from the covid 19 travel ban. I paid a 5 star price for a 1 star accommodation. Your own brochure in the house shows what we should have paid. Shame on you for taking advantage in these trying and difficult times. The house also constantly smelt of damp. With no drying room being the obvious problem for a house located so colse to the beach. One of the bedrooms even had mold on the ceiling. The bedrooms are small with just one very small wardrobe for a sleep 4 property. The door to the room with 2 single beds only partially opens due to the bed behind it. The seating are around the table for eating was also very cramped and had to be dragged into the middle of the room to eat comfortably. On a positive note, the location is super.

great location but not worth over £100 per night

location was great, right next to the beach and shops etc

that we were expected to put electric on the key when we left but wasnt made aware of that when we booked, they also wanted us to put our bins out which is standard but i walked around the whole place and couldnt find a bin so had to leave them in the property. Bit pricey for what it was
