Location minutes from the beach and shops which is why I chose this property.
A dish washer was a bonus.
Plenty of crockery and cutlery! A roomy living area for 3.
Perranporth is a lovely little town without the horrors of noisy entertainment! Interesting little shops.
Fridge was an ' under counter' small one and inadequate to store a week's shop and who wants to have to keep shopping on holiday?!
Floors hadn't been cleaned, or if a mop had been passed over it then that was filthy . We had to go over it twice.

Difficulty drying towels as no radiators - weather was wet and cold. Couldn't use washing line due to weather.

Apartment was exceptional in terms of design, very well thought out. Lots of hanging/storage space and very well equipped. Very comfortable. Great location especially given the proximity to the beach for surfing etc.
Very few negatives. If I was to recommend one thing, it would have good to have a few more mirrors, just one in the bathroom and one of the bedrooms (which was in a difficult position) wasn't really enough. Also would recommend that the hair trap in the shower is cleaned out a bit more regularly.
