By the Beach Perranporth, Truro, cornwall

Smaller than expected but very comfortable and cosy for 2 people. Very well equipped and very clean. Towels were extremely soft. Proximatory to the beach and town excellent.

Shocked to be expected to put money on the electric meter which i discovered was not needed in the end. Host said she had put £20 on and if we needed more we would have to do it. When we checked the meter the morning after arrival there was only £7 left so ended up putting £20 on via the host who then informed me she had put an extra £20 on. Having used the heating for the rest of our stay we left with £33 on the electric so we really didnt need to pay out £20. But dissapointed as we have never been expected to pay for utilities when renting a short stay accomodation. Some kind of mat or non slip grips in the shower would be advantaious as its quite slippy when using. Property can accomodate 6 people using bed setee but not enough seating or dining chairs for 6 and wouldnt have the room for more. Information folder is dated. Stating there is a bottle of rose in the fridge, its a good job there wasnt as we dont drink it anyway! Leaflets for places to visit are dated as some are no longer open! Info of how to get the tvs conected would be helpful, managed the lounge eventually but bedroom gave up on! Despite all the above we would stay there again.
