Ocean-Walk Granny's Lane Perranporth

Beautiful house in an ideal location. Four large bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, excellent for our party of six adults. Lovely kitchen/diner and separate living room. Easy walk into town and private parking

So easily accessible to Main Perranporth town & beach . Was great to have en-suites to all 4 bedrooms . Also tv’s for children to go chill together . Living room was big enough for us all to get together , comfortably to watch A movie on Netflix. Liked the balcony too. Wi-fi excellent. So easy to walk to everything . Beach easily accessible Plenty of places to eat in or take away .Although kitchen facilities are perfect . With dish washer . There’s also washing machine & dryer in cupboard . Not that we needed it Everything thought of . Altogether a perfect house to stay with my family . There’s also a tap at front door to get that sand off after a long day on the beach . (Which is just about 6 mins up through the shops . ) there’s a lock up containing deck chairs , body boards & other things you can use .

The garden area at back of kitchen is small. Also the balcony on top floor could have accommodated a table & chairs like the one below . Would have been nice to be able to sit out & read . But nothing to dislike about Oceanview !

The location in Perranporth was great , the house is really good and ready to go .

Beautiful property in a fantastic location, less than five minutes walk from Perranporth town centre and the huge sandy beach on which it sits. There was more than enough space in the four en-suite bedrooms for our multi-generational party of seven, and the house is decorated and maintained to a very high standard throughout

The addition of a BBQ in the yard off the kitchen would have been amazing as we were there during the May heatwave
