Good place to beach/explore from, not a hangout in. I would stay again just for the location

The location is fantastic, about 5 mins walk to the beach.. easy walk to town, pubs, supermarket, fast Broad Band, shower very good,

TV too high on wall. The bin was broken (noted from another review but not fixed Oct), The dishwasher was broken and gave error codes (noted from another review but not fixed July), The property was clean but bits missed. The shower had mold in the sealant for example, and there was mold, dirt on the window sills (noted Oct and not fixed) No heating other than fan heaters (we did stay out of season in Oct) Windows dirty, we thought that it foggy when we got up. But it is very near to beach and I guess mainly salt with blows off the beach.. all being told a bit tired..

Great complex to stay in for beach & exploring Cornwall - wouldn’t recommend this apartment

Great location for the beach & parking on site.

The road is noisy and the bedroom looks out onto it. Property smelt damp and mould in windows. Definitely in need of a refurb very tired looking. The photos of property must be quite old. Dishwasher broken. Bin lid broken so you had to weight it down. Indicative of not looking after property. Communication with the owner was poor - we had to ask them for information about check in and when it came through was minimal. Luckily we had stayed in another apartment earlier this year so knew what to do.

Excellent Property Very Close To The Beach

The accommodation couldn't have been better located. It was very close to the beach but also just out of the town so you didn't get any real noise. Furthermore, there was a Co-Op located about two minutes away making shopping for supplies very easy. Beach House is spacious and there is plenty of room to lounge around and watch TV when you are not out exploring. The facilities are very good with an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer etc. The bedrooms are nice and the shower works well. I find the process of getting the key very easy.

The bin because the lid doesn't appear to want to stay down regardless of whether you have a bin bag in there or not, meaning that it is always open which is unhygienic.

The absolute only downside I could mention was the dishwasher would not work kept giving us an error code.
