This property is beautiful, obviously newly updated with a lot of care. It has a bathroom, a shower room, very comfy lounge and beautiful kitchen/diner. It’s a short walk from all the restaurants and beach. An added bonus is parking. I would definitely recommend.

A beautiful holiday home

Everything you needed was there on arrival, tea coffee, milk. The children loved the home made biscuits, they found those straight away! We had an absolutely lovely stay, we would definitely love to come back again! Thank you so much.

Incredible home in a perfect location

The location was ideal for Perranporth Beach/centre, the property had everything you could possibly need, like a home from home. We really were wowed by all of the extras included, it made our holiday so easy & relaxed.

The only thing to make this place perfect, would be a bathroom renovation upstairs, with a freestanding type bath, we used the downstairs shower room instead as it was beautiful.

the location is perfect, it’s a 10 minute walk to the beach, and 12 minutes to the high street. as well as being well located to explore the surrounding areas. there wasn’t anything Jill hadn’t thought of, even had cling film and tin foil. the downstairs shower was amazing. parking for 2 family cars

Perfect holiday home

House was modern, well equipped, nicely decorated, clean, very comfortable and warm, with lovely welcoming touches. A few minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Enclosed garden & outside shower for washing sand off. Parking for two cars & easy to locate. Jill was on hand if we required anything but was not intrusive. Fabulous coastal walks from the property in both directions, we loved our holiday at 2 Fernleigh Villas.

Nothing we didn’t like. Additional useful items would be a hook on the back of the shower room door and perhaps another heated towel rail somewhere for wet walking clothes/boots in the winter.

Fantastic location and beautiful accommodation . Couldn't ask for more from our host ....Fab!!

Jill is a fantastic host who has thought of everything to make the stay more comfortable, such as consumables (tea, coffee etc) We had some delicious goodies from the local bakery awaiting us on arrival which we and particularly our children loved!! The house is immaculate and communication from Jill is second to none. She advised there could be a potential issue with the fridge, but had already installed a spare fridge just in case which really goes above expectations . The house is very tastefully furnished and decorated and it is obvious that great thought has been taken to make the house a comfortable place to stay. We particularly like the warm outside shower as this meant we didn't transfer any sand into the house. The garden is a nice size and the location is perfect. We loved it so much that we have already booked another stay!!

Perfect Perranporth

Such a well equipped house! Even a little oil for your eggs in the morning, salt and pepper mills, dishwasher tablets and hand sanitiser dispensers in the toilets and by the kitchen sink. Very clean and tidy. Lovely cakes on our arrival and milk in the fridge. Chairs on the decking are very comfortable and were ideal for an afternoon chilling and reading.

A new bath in the upstairs toilet or a shower room as lovely as the one downstairs!
