This deceptively spacious, two bedroom annexe in Perrancoombe has a private garden and is just a short walk from the beach.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom 2: Bunk (Double On Bottom, Single Above) Beds
Shower Room: Double Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only. A hot tub is available upon request. An external company will set it up ready for your stay, for an additional charge of £250. There is a small stream outside the property.. Further along, discover the picturesque duck pond surrounded by benches and rowing boats filled with flowers, along with a charming island featuring a delightful waterfall.
