The house is in a pleasant place with nice view. Well equipped kitchen. Private parking.
We were 4 persons, 2 stayed in the double room, the 3th person in the single room and 4 person at the sofabed in the kitchen/living room. - Moldy/black at double room walls (corners). - The sofa bed in the kitchen/living room (where the 4th person tried to sleep) is unacceptable.

Nice place to stay for recharging your batteries and enjoying the nature. Recommend.
Very clean and quiet house. The flat is on the 1st floor and the ground floor is occupied by neighbours. It felt like in a village: very quiet, fresh air, green garden with a mountain view and birds singing. We even managed to see a deer in the garden. The flat itself is very clean and comfortable. The noise from the street did not disturb, it was quiet in the night. The neighbours are also very quiet, it was a very nice stay in general. The location is good as it is in the mountains and a bit far from main tourists destinations (the lake is reachable by car in 15 min though), so that we could get some rest after crowdy Como.
The flat lacks basic facilities like cleaning products for dishes, salt/sugar/tea. We could not use a kettle as it has an italian socket plug and the sockets in the whole house are European. The WiFi did not work at all. Also, the rules of the house are quite strict: we needed to sign a contract, leave a guarantee, there are a lot of penalties in the contract in case something is broken/got dirty or even if the garbage is sorted not correctly (it would be good if the host could provide explanations as garbage sorting is different in every country). Also, we were allowed to check-in quite late after 5pm and check out is only before 10am otherwise you need to pay additionally for every next hour. Communication with the host was a bit clumsy in the beginning but then it was ok.

Nulla di eccezionale ma nel complesso ok!
La posizione è sicuramente molto tranquilla e circondata su tre lati dal verde del bosco. La strada che passa davanti è poco trafficata e questo contribuisce alla tranquillità del luogo. La grande finestra del salotto rende l'ambiente molto luminoso e di giorno il panorama fuori è molto bello per chi (come noi) viene dalla città. In pochi minuti è possibile raggiungere San Fedele Intelvi dove si trova quasi tutto il necessario. Per raggiungere il Lago Di Como servono circa 20 min di strada con un discreto numero di curve e tornanti (sicuramente non consigliato a chi soffre il mal d'auto). La struttura è parzialmente ristrutturata ma comunque abbastanza accogliente.
La struttura è piuttosto umida all'interno. Manca una TV in camera da letto. Il divano del salotto è incredibilmente scomodo. Almeno una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo per chi arriva dal viaggio sarebbe gradita.
