Sauber, guter Wasserdruck, Klimaanlage als Heizung nutzbar

Kleine Kaffeemaschine und große Tassen, 5 Katzen auf dem Grundstück, die immer rein wollen. Lüften mit offenem Fenster oder Tür nicht möglich. Gemütlichkeit fehlt.
