There are two double bedrooms, a single room (put-up bed possible) and 2 bathrooms. The house has been completely modernised. The living area and one double bedroom have air conditioning. 25 kWh/day are included. Additional consumption is charged at €0.50/kWh.

The surroundings are peaceful and quiet and guarantee a relaxing holiday in this magnificent natural landscape. All places on the island are easily and quickly accessible. The natural beach "Es Trenc" with Caribbean flair is easily accessible by car. It is 30 minutes by car to Palma. Llucmajor is approximately 10 minutes by car away. The town has beautiful houses from the turn of the century and has a large selection of good restaurants and nice shops. Three times a week, the weekly market takes place on Plaça d'Espanya in Llucmajor.
Fresh fruit and vegetables can be purchased here directly from the producer at source. You will find the weekly market right in the centre on Plaça d'Espanya. After shopping at the market, a cool beer in one of the surrounding bars or a delicious ensaimada at Café Colon awaits as a reward for your healthy shopping. Friday is particularly worthwhile, as not only does the weekly market take place, but also a huge flea market. From Passeig Jaume III to the beginning of the fruit and vegetable stalls, there is nothing you cannot find – clothing, toys, porcelain, wickerware, fabrics and much more!
