The fully equipped kitchen fulfils all your self-catering needs. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms and a small bathroom with shower. An external staircase leads to a spacious studio on the upper floor, which offers three further bedrooms and another bathroom with a bathtub. With fans and hot/cold air conditioning, this farmhouse will keep you comfortable all year round. The 7,000 m² plot of this farmhouse is located around 6 km west of Llucmajor in the south of Mallorca. Llucmajor offers good shopping facilities. Some very beautiful beaches can be reached quickly from Son Antem, and there is a golf course and a spa nearby. The island's capital Palma can be reached in just 20 minutes via the motorway, which is around 100 m away. Electricity, air conditioning and heating are included in the rental price, subject to reasonable consumption.
