Large country house located in the south of Mallorca.
Two-storey country house, tastefully decorated and rustic in style, offering 235 square metres of space for up to 10 people.
There are 5 bedrooms: one with a double bed and four with 2 single beds; Three bathrooms: 1 with a bath, 2 with a shower.
The house has a cosy living room / dining room with fireplace, satellite TV and Internet / Wifi. From here you have access to the fully equipped kitchen and semi-open through a large interior arch.
On the 1st floor you will find another spacious living room.
The outdoor area offers you a variety of possibilities with 2,500 square metres.
You can enjoy the 4x8 m swimming pool. Relax on the sun loungers, have a drink in the shade of the trees...
The swimming pool is surrounded by a barrier with a gate, ideal for families with small children.
On the covered terrace, a large dining table and other seating areas.
Enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean garden...whilst having outdoor barbecues!
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not permitted.
