About this chalet rental

This property is ideal for those seeking a complete holiday by the sea. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach watching a film, listening to music or reading.



The location is one of its great strengths: situated on a quiet street in Arenal, just a minute's walk from the beach and very close to restaurants, shops and leisure areas, with easy access to Palma city centre and the airport.

The first 50€ of consumption (approximately 145kWh) are included in the total price. Any consumption above this amount will be paid by the client, at the price of 0.35€/kWh. During the low season - when heating systems may be necessary - a total of 50€ of consumption will be included for each booking, regardless of whether it is electrical or non-electrical. Non-electrical consumption can be gas, diesel or propane, depending on the source used by the property's heating system.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of 2 € per person per night of stay. Minors under 16 years old do not pay this tax.



Bed linen is provided, along with a set of shower towels and beach towels for each guest.



Please note that this villa is located in a residential area and the neighbours' rest must be respected. Please moderate noise to avoid causing disturbances. For this reason, parties and speakers are strictly prohibited.

Nice apartment in house at Arenal district. House has all the amenities we needed, the patio yard was really nice for self cooked dinner in the evening. Good large kitchen with big fridge and freezer, also all the utensils for cooking. House was surprisingly quiet although situated in the Arenal party district. We stayed there on a six person family trip and didn't care for the nightclubs in the are, but they didn's bother us at all. The beach is 100 m away and there are excellent local restaurants in the area, including Europe and Casa do Pulpo. -

2 larger bedrooms and 2 smaller ones make it possible for up to 6 people to spend time in the -in-famous palma arenal beach area. If you’re here for the arenal party, you get a place to sleep with everything you need -except air con in the bedrooms-. Plus a fully equipped kitchen and a nice little outdoor seating area. Everything is in walking distance and the beach super nearby. However, be aware of the surroundings, it’s not the nicest area of Mallorca -which should not come as a surprise-. -
