The villa has spacious terraces with beautiful pine trees and porches (500m2). The house has 4 double bedrooms with two bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a spacious living room (the second floor is not rented, but is empty, no one will bother them).
Despite being a typical Mallorcan summer it is completely renovated inside, thereby combining tradition and modernity, charm and design; offering a fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for your next vacation home.
Environment
The villa is located in an exclusive residential area close to the sea (2 min walk) and you can choose between different bays and jetties where you can swim, snorkel in crystal clear waters or just sunbathing.
We recommend travel by car, although there is public transport very near the house that links directly to Palma.
El Arenal is located only 5 min drive if you want to enjoy great beaches. If you prefer to spend a day shopping can in just 20 min to get to Palma and then return to rest.

We enjoyed a great stay here! Plenty of room for six of us. Lovely neighborhood. Pretty view of the ocean across the street. Close enough to airport and stores nearby (within short drive). Check in and overall property instructions were ok. I’m used to VRBO’s having an instruction manual and there were a few little things that came up. The owner greeted us, which was great, super nice but questions come up and there’s nothing to refer to (like where do we empty garbage). The owner lives above the main house and instructions were to be quiet after 10pm which is totally understandable but we didn’t know this ahead of time and felt like we had to whisper after 10pm. When you have family that flew in from different locations and wanted to enjoy each other, that felt limiting. The front gate had a key we needed to use which was hard to open. But overall, it was comfortable, safe, good location.

Wir waren 4 Tage Ende September in dem sehr schön sauberen und modern eingerichteten Haus. Die Terrasse im Schatten lädt zum Frühstück im Freien ein. Auch sind die kurzen Wege nach Palma 20 Min. , dem Ballermann 5 Min. und dem Mhares Beach Club 5 Min. sehr attraktiv.
