The garden was large and in reasonable condition with a children’s play area and barbecue, etc. the house was generally clean. There appeared to be plenty of hot water and the bathrooms were modern. It is a very rustic property. Pool area is nice, they provide swimming towels, and the sun beds were comfortable enough. There are lots of different seating options around the property as the garden wraps fully around. It felt safe and secure and was well located for our trip.

The crockery and cutlery, etc., were very stained and frankly dirty the kitchen definitely needs updating. Other than that it had everything we would’ve needed. The property was generally clean and the sheets and towels were fine. When we were arrived, we were asked for the city tax which we had been informed by Booking.com would be expected to be paid in cash however we were then asked for a cash security deposit of €300 which we didn’t have. I offered a credit card but I believe the lady who checked us in took one look at us being that we were all in our 60s and decided that maybe a deposit was not necessary under the circumstances, but we should’ve been informed about this previously. Also, we were contacted outside of the Booking.com app by a third-party who we had no idea who it was so these emails were ignored and actually I telephoned Booking.com to inquire if this was something to be expected and they told me it wasn’t and was probably a scam but actually when we got to the property, we weren’t allowed in until I uploaded details, including a copy of my passport to this company so all in all not really what you expect when you’re booking through Booking.com.

Lovely villa and pool. Great facilities so many area to sit and eat. The owners were lovely.

had to ring to get the code for the keys, it was supposed to automatically sent and it wasn’t. Had terrible trouble getting through to anyone too, so wasn’t impressed with that side. The sloping room in the bedrooms was a bit of an issue for your friends.
