You reach the villa via a private driveway surrounded by nature, which already hints at the complete relaxation that awaits you. From the spacious terrace—equipped with a large electric awning—you can access the pool area, the cozy outdoor lounge, and the interior of the house.
On the first floor, you’ll find a modern high-gloss kitchen with a side-by-side refrigerator, a large stove, and all the appliances you’ll need for your stay: a coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, and more. The open floor plan leads directly into the living room, where a TV with satellite and a B&W surround sound system ensure your comfort. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area—an ideal spot for spending time together. A small hallway leads to the first bedroom (1.80 x 2.00 m) and the first bathroom, which is designed with natural materials and stone elements.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms (1.80 x 2.00 m and two single beds, 0.90 x 2.00 m) as well as a second bathroom. From every window, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the countryside, palm trees, and the garden—an atmosphere of complete tranquility. The entire villa is equipped with Sonos and B&W outdoor speakers, so you can comfortably fill every corner with your favorite music.
The highlight of the outdoor area is the impressive 5x11 m pool—perfect for sunny days. You can also relax in the indoor hot tub (coin-operated).
